When we found out that The Flow Co Yoga & Wellness women were hosting their first ever wellness festival, we knew we wanted to be a part of it! The event took place from 10-6 on May 17th, 2025 at Point Break Coffee on Folly Rd. Waves for Women were a proud partner for the event as well, and we loved the female empowerment in the air.

Throughout the day, they hosted several flow and spin classes on the lawn while guests got to experience a variety of wellness venders, including talk with us at Fierce Renewal Counseling! We love to be a part of community events, normalize mental health, and create experiences that tie together mind, body, spirit. We enjoy utilizing oracle and tarot cards in our personal healing, and even share their energy with clients in sessions, so we wanted to give guests at the JIWF an opportunity to create their own oracle message.

We had a great time meeting so many wonderful community members and leaders & can’t wait to see how the JIWF grows!
